No Tala - لا يا تالا!

Jad is excited about spending time with his best friend Tamer during the weekend. Tala wants to play with them but Jad refuses strongly. Tala is sad but Mama convinces Tala to go work on her block castle. Zuzu wants to play with Tala, he crawls towards her and touches her building blocks bringing the castle down.
Poor Tala is upset again. Luckily, the doorbell rings and her friend and neighbor Sara is at the door. Tala cheers up and after they play together all the kids sit down to watch TV and eat popcorn.

About the Illustrator

Aly Alzainy lives in Alexandria Egypt. As a child he was fascinated by art and would daily draw a visual diary of all that he encountered. He also loved to draw family members, friends and their pets. He experimented with different styles and art mediums and recently started illustrating children picture books with great success.

عن الكاتب/ة

تغريد النجار كاتبة حازت على العديد من الجوائز العربية والعالمية في مجال أدب الأطفال واليافعين. بدأت الكتابة في أواخر السبعينيات أثناء عملها كمعلمة. تعتبر رائدة في مجال أدب الأطفال في الأردن. في عام 1996 أسّست ""السلوى للدراسات والنشر""، التي تعد حاليًّا واحدة من أهم دور النشر المتخصصة في أدب الأطفال في المنطقة. تكتب أجمل أعمالها في مكتبها الهادئ المطل على حديقتها المليئة بالأزهار والورود وبرفقة حيواناتها الأليفة ""سلحفتها وقطتها"". تستمتع تغريد بشكل خاص عندما تتفاعل بشكل مباشر مع قرّائها، وتشعر بالتميز والفخر لأنها تشكّل جزءًا من ذكريات طفولتهم. ترجمت كتبها إلى العديد من اللغات حول العالم

علي الزيني فنان يعيش في مدينة الإسكندرية في مصر. أحبّ الرسم منذ طفولته وتعلّق به، فكان يحب أن يرسم كل ما يمر به من أحداث كما كان يرسم أفراد عائلته وأصدقاءه، وحيواناتهم الأليفة. نوّع من أساليبه الفنية، وتوجّه حديثًا إلى رسم كتب الأطفال. رسم العديد من الكتب للأطفال في جميع أنحاء الوطن العربي وفي بعض الدول الأوروبية وتعامل مع العديد من دور النشر.
